Hiring: Inventory Specialist (Data Center Operations) Company: SpaceXAI Location: Southaven, MS Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:04:16 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office About the job Experience: •3+ years of inventory control experience in a warehouse or distribution environment •Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret drawings, procedures, and parts lists Required Skills: •Receive, store, and issue raw material, parts, details, and hardware to support data center construction, commissioning, and operations •Store parts and materials in designated locations (bins, racks, VLMs, or staging areas), accurately identifying parts and locations •Maintain strict material handling practices in accordance with procedures, especially for high-value or sensitive equipment •Perform picking and kitting functions to assemble necessary kits of parts, material, and hardware; verify all items are available and accounted for Verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantities, and revisions •Issue material against approved paperwork, including affixing verification and maintaining lot/serial traceability as required •Perform cycle counts and maintain high inventory accuracy •Abide by all procedures, work instructions, and standard operating documents •Manage schedule priorities and independently execute work to meet site deliverables Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalency certificate •1+ years of inventory control experience •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 25–50 lbs. unassisted; frequent lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying required •Must be available for one of the following 12.5-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM •Work schedule follows a rotating pattern of 4 days on / 3 days off, then 3 days on / 4 days off (and repeating) •Must be open to working all required shift hours, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed to support 24/7 operations •Comfortable working in warehouse/data center environments with varying temperatures and noise •Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management (preferred) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
