Hiring: Inventory Specialist Company: ERock Location: Cypress, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:13:39 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote About the job Experience: •4+ years' experience in Warehouse Coordination / Inventory control. Required Skills: •Helping all shipping/receiving operations and guarantee inventory integrity through enforcement of inventory management policies. •Helping mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. •Receiving and count stock items, arrange dispatching of parts and record data manually or using a computer keeping an up-to-date Inventory count and maintains critical spares inventory at or above minimum allowed quantity. •Learning to run inventory reports by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors. •Storing items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas. •Checking parts received. Communicating with shop inventory person to rectify problems, such as damage, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications. •Packing and unpacking items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards. •Examining contents and comparing them with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments. Qualifications: •Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds. •Crane Operator / Rigging experience a plus •Knowledge of Security / Safety operations and procedures. •Capable of immediately responding to emergencies to provide necessary assistance. •Effective written and oral communications. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment and coordinate with other areas to achieve goals and objectives with minimum direct supervision. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage time and complete tasks as needed. •Interface directly with minimum supervision, be a self-starter, be able to meet goals and deadlines on own initiative. •Strong computer skills and proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point. •Must maintain a valid state issued driver's license.
