Hiring: Inventory Problem Solver - Wed - Sat (Days) Company: ID Logistics US Location: Somerset, NJ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 22:18:53 About the job Required Skills: •Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00AM to 5:30PM •Troubleshoots on cases with issues •Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates •Lead and oversee maintaining all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems for ID Logistics (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Monthly Quality Training, Etc.) •Ensures that SOP' are up-to-date and reviewed as required •Ensures all appropriate documentation and communication are compliance with Quality Requirements •Ensures all documentation regarding internal audits are current. •Report / inform to associates of corrective actions that comply to QC Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education •Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications. •Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies. •Demonstrated capacity to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public. •Demonstrated capacity to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. •Demonstrated capacity to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. •Demonstrated capacity to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs. •Demonstrated capacity to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
