Hiring: Inventory Management Specialist Company: DLA Careers Location: Utah, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 02:39:50 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Required Skills: •Works with customers to identify needs, resolve order/support issues, and serve as their advocate and liaison. •Monitors back-order reports and resolve or assist in resolving actions that do not meet customer requirements. •Investigates, coordinates, and releases Sales Orders that impede automated system flow. •Coordinates research and tracking of Stock Transfer Orders to resolve backorders or expedite delinquent contracts using established policies. •Works with service representatives to identify alternate supply sources, respond to customer requests, and advise on Sales Order changes. •Collects, analyzes, and summarizes performance data for agency and customer goals; leads meetings to share ideas and gather feedback to improve operations. •Prepares briefings with background information, recommendations, data, charts, and graphs; writes detailed reports on assignment status and identified issues.
