Hiring: Inventory Control Technician Company: Hubble Network Location: Seattle, WA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 02:41:26 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Jira, R, Systems Design About the job Experience: •3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials handling Required Skills: •: Effectively convey ideas and communicate technical topics with engineering, build staff, and operations; run self-directed design reviews and participate in reviews of parallel systems •: Identify problems, think creatively, and rapidly produce reliable and cost-effective solutions to meet the ever growing and changing needs of an early-stage company Qualifications: •2-3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials handling •Must be able to enforce strict material handling protocols in accordance with established procedures. Perform pick-and-assemble operations to create component kits, ensuring all parts are available, correctly identified, and properly accounted for within the kit. •Comfortable reading engineering drawings, BOMs, or part documentation to verify materials against spec •Solid functional working knowledge of cycle counting, lot/serial traceability, and inventory accuracy practices •Demonstrated capacity to lift/move 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. •Forklift or powered industrial truck certification (or ability to obtain one), if material handling equipment is used •Previous experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) and Supply Chain Management systems (ERP) •Understanding of how program schedules, build pace, and inventory depletion rates inform material replenishment needs •Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems, components and hardware. Adhere to strict handling of space grade electronics, composites and machined parts. •Hubble is required by the U.S. Government to comply with various space technology export regulations including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
