Required Skills: •The Inventory Co-Ordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of global inventory operations across multiple warehouse locations. This role combines inventory control, ERP system management, data analysis, audit activities, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. •The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for inventory-related issues, supporting global warehouse teams, ensuring cycle count compliance, investigating discrepancies, and producing regular reporting and audit findings. •Manage and resolve inventory support tickets within agreed SLAs. •Process stock reclassifications accurately and efficiently. •Conduct regular inventory health checks and data accuracy reviews. •Act as the key contact for cycle count compliance and issue resolution. •Conduct quarterly inventory audits across global warehouse locations. •Lead audit review and closeout meetings with warehouse teams. Qualifications: •Minimum of 3 years' experience using an ERP system. •Proven experience in inventory management. •Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. •High level of attention to detail and accuracy. •Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a global team environment. •The EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
