Hiring: Interpreter Company: Ultium Cells LLC Location: Spring Hill, TN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:42:32 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Spring About the job Required Skills: •This is an On-Site Position - Relocation Assistance available. •Provide basic and technical language interpretation services to bridge communication between Korean- and English-speaking teams, covering scheduling and training coordination, equipment operation on the floor, safety compliance standards, equipment expansion, and various cross-functional meetings. •Provide consecutive, simultaneous or whispered interpretation, and summary interpretation when appropriate, for meetings, production-floor activities, training sessions, equipment installation and commissioning, audits, project reviews, and daily operational communication. •Interpret technical discussions involving equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, automation, process changes, quality concerns, safety requirements, and manufacturing performance. •Translate and proofread technical and business documents, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, safety materials, training content, presentations, meeting records, signage, and process communications. •Prepare for assignments by reviewing agendas, drawings, terminology, reference documents, and relevant process information; request clarification when meaning or terminology is uncertain. •Support communication during urgent or high-risk situations while following site safety, escalation, and emergency-response requirements. •Facilitate communication among employees, leadership, OEM representatives, vendors, contractors, and union-represented team members without adding, omitting, or changing the speaker’s intended meaning.
