Hiring: International Programs & Internal Mobility Manager Company: Pursuit Location: Denver Metropolitan Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 16:09:58 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Workday About the job Required Skills: •Manage relationships with immigration counsel, program sponsors, agencies, and other external partners while ensuring individual cases and programs are administered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with requirements. •Also help Pursuit build a more intentional approach to internal mobility by creating processes, resources, and support that enable Team Members to move between roles, locations, and countries as our footprint grows. •Coordinate with Talent Acquisition once a candidate has been identified or selected; Talent Acquisition retains responsibility for sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management. Qualifications: •Five or more years of experience in employment-based immigration, international workforce programs, global mobility, relocation, or a related field. •Solid functional working knowledge of employer-supported work authorization programs in the United States and Canada. •Direct experience with programs such as J-1, H-2B, IMP, TFWP, and LMIAs. •Strong program administration and case-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and deadlines. •Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into clear, repeatable processes and practical guidance. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple cases, program timelines, vendors, and stakeholder needs simultaneously. •Sound judgment and the ability to recognize when an issue requires legal guidance, specialized expertise, or leadership escalation. •Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cultures, functions, locations, and time zones. •Comfort operating in Pursuit’s player-coach environment and moving between program development and hands-on administration.
