Required Skills: •Manage hybrid identity synchronization, troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync), and resolve complex on-prem Active Directory, DNS, and GPO conflicts. •Troubleshoot advanced Exchange Online mail flow, transport rules, message trace diagnostics, shared mailbox delegation, and OneDrive/SharePoint access governance. •Build, deploy, and remediate Windows endpoint configurations using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), including compliance policies, configuration profiles, BitLocker recovery, and Autopilot deployment. •Diagnose internal VLAN segmentation, switch port mappings, VPN client/gateway routing, firewall policies, and VoIP jitter/packet-loss issues. •Perform deep registry modifications, profile corruption fixes, driver-level debugging, and Windows Event Viewer log forensics. •Own end-to-end hardware/software deployment and decommissioning. Standardize zero-touch or light-touch imaging and configuration using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and immy.bot.
