Hiring: Internal Logistics Manager Company: CNH Location: Fargo, ND Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 14:41:51 Target Skills & Keywords : Lean Manufacturing, SAP, Six Sigma About the job Required Skills: •Lead material and parts planning, releases, warehousing, inventory management, goods-in processes, and distribution operations. •Manage and optimize the flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility to support production and customer requirements. •Develop, implement, and maintain effective inventory control systems that balance material availability with inventory investment. •Oversee receiving, storage, locating, dispatching, transportation, and distribution activities while driving operational efficiency and cost control. •Analyze contractual commitments, customer specifications, engineering changes, and operational requirements to develop and execute logistics strategies throughout the product lifecycle. •Coordinate activities among suppliers, subcontractors, production teams, purchasing, engineering, and field service personnel to ensure delivery of business commitments. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost performance. •Utilize operational data and business analytics to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: •Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience. •Business Process Design and Business Analytics experience. •Knowledge of or experience supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementations, upgrades, or warehouse transformation initiatives. •Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and delivering measurable business results. •The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) •For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
