Required Skills: •How You’ll Make Your Mark •Develop, implement and evaluate programs to inform, engage and inspire HPE Networking team members globally, including HPE Networking all team meetings, internal written communications, visual and video communications, and contribute to networking content at meetings across HPE. •Drive content for and manage coordination and logistics of internal events such as all team member meetings and ask me anything sessions. •Manage HPE Networking Viva Engage channels and periodic email newsletter; drive editorial calendar, seeking ideas and content from across the Networking business; write posts and content when needed; execute on production and posting. •Act as lead in managing Networking executive communications team’s contribution to cross team efforts like quarterly business reviews, ongoing communications measurement and benchmarking. •Help drive annual and quarterly planning process for Networking executive communications team. •Strong writing and editing skills - some peer or manager edits typically needed. •Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
