Company: U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:43:52 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, Security Clearance About the job Required Skills: •Develop strategic Army Military Intelligence force structure in support of Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Force Management programs. •Serve as the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM Intelligence action officer on force management actions with Headquarters Department of Army (HQDA), Department of War (DoW) and other government agencies. •Present complex Intelligence Force Management issues to senior Military and Civilian personnel. •Identify program changes to adjust resource allocation through the Headquarters Department of Army (HQDA) Total Army Analysis process. •Develop command force management guidance. •Monitor the documentation of available resources on Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM databases. Qualifications: •Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. •In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter. •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI). •All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to perform mission essential functions as determined by management. •Only applicants who meet one of the employment authority categories below are eligible to apply for this job.
