Hiring: Intelligence Management Specialist Company: Core One Location: Charlottesville, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 14:44:16 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Security Clearance About the job Required Skills: •Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, scientists, and other mission personnel engaged in a variety of intelligence disciplines, analytic activities, and operational requirements. •Build, maintain, update, and manage intelligence databases to support the collection, organization, retrieval, tracking, and dissemination of mission data. •Monitor and evaluate intelligence reporting, data, and mission information to identify relevant updates, trends, discrepancies, and information requiring analyst or leadership attention. •Receive, track, coordinate, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring requirements are accurately documented, assigned, monitored, and completed within established timelines. •Develop, maintain, and report program and mission metrics to measure production, workload, operational performance, and mission effectiveness. •Execute and support authorized cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination activities across classified and unclassified environments. •Support system-high-to-low data transfers and information dissemination between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. Government and Allied/Partner information systems in accordance with applicable security policies, procedures, and controls. •Develop and maintain metrics, graphics, dashboards, charts, and other visual products to support production management, workload tracking, and mission management functions. Qualifications: •Possess in-depth knowledge of intelligence production, analytic support, knowledge management, intelligence reporting, data management, and mission support activities required to meet complex intelligence and operational requirements. •Develop and implement comprehensive or novel research and analytic approaches that enable rigorous assessments, address complex or unique intelligence requirements, and support high-priority mission objectives. •Analyze analytic operations, production management, data management, and knowledge management issues across organizational and Intelligence Community (IC) boundaries, integrating information from multiple sources and clearly articulating key findings, trends, and recommendations. •Independently plan, prioritize, and execute complex analytic and intelligence support activities with minimal to no supervision while meeting established quality, production, and mission requirements. •Review and evaluate intelligence and analytic products for logical and cogent arguments, appropriate application of analytic tradecraft, accuracy, completeness, and sufficient evidence to support conclusions and assessments. •Evaluate analytic rigor by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and deficiencies; validating supporting information; and recommending corrective actions or improvements to strengthen the quality and defensibility of intelligence products. •Collaborate effectively with analysts, engineers, scientists, government stakeholders, and mission partners while maintaining analytic objectivity and applying established intelligence standards and methodologies. •Communicate complex analytic findings, operational issues, data trends, and recommendations through clear written products, briefings, metrics, graphics, and other mission-support materials. •Bachelor's Degree in related field.
