Company: Office of the Director of National Intelligence Location: Bethesda, MD Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 13:43:52 Target Skills & Keywords : Security Clearance About the job Required Skills: •Represents ODNI & NCSC at the strategic level to other IC partners, United States (U.S.) Government, State, Local and Tribal Governments and private industry. •Applies mastery of the counterintelligence field to interpret and recommend actions and identify opportunities. •Develops and maintains robust professional relationships with officials across the IC and law enforcement community to advance NCSC initiatives. •Lead, plan, and prepare briefings, reports, and presentations to organizational leadership, senior policymakers, and senior USG officials in a manner that meets their specified requirements and provide expert analysis and recommendations that ensure directed missions align with strategic objectives. •Provide collaboration tools and policies for successful collaboration effort. •Engage counterparts on tactical coordination issues for effective implementation flagship collaboration initiatives. •Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop the roadmap for the strategic solution to compartmented collaboration. •Lead assessments to leverage best practices and lessons learned. Qualifications: •Must be a U.S. Citizen residing in the United States •Appointment is subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on an SBI with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI) •Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. •A two-year trial period is required for all new permanent appointments to the ODNI. •Uses judgment and ingenuity to apply broad and nonspecific national-level policies to specific joint interagency operational missions. •Carry out mission management responsibilities independently within a broadly defined mission, shepherding counterintelligence integration, planning, and oversight of team actions that affect national-level counterintelligence outcomes and effects. •Provides senior level deconfliction and mediation for interagency activities, making decisions that often involve a strong impact on IC outcomes and effects. •Extensive knowledge of IC organizations; IC mission posture, structures, capabilities, processes, and policy development. •Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues relevant to the IC and United States Government and recommend/implement needed actions.
