Company: Office of the Director of National Intelligence Location: Bethesda, MD Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:43:52 Target Skills & Keywords : Security Clearance About the job Required Skills: •Plan, research, develop, and communicate in-depth analysis of complex and significant national, regional, and/or global issues for senior policymakers and key components within the Intelligence Community (IC), law enforcement, and Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). •Plan, prepare, and present written and oral briefings to senior internal and external customers on significant intelligence issues. •Plan, promote, and lead the production of a broad range of finished intelligence products in support of National Security. •Represents ODNI & NCSC at the strategic level to other IC partners, United States (U.S.) Government, State, Local and Tribal Governments and private industry. •Applies mastery of the counterintelligence field to interpret and recommend actions and identify opportunities. •Develops and maintains robust professional relationships with officials across the IC and law enforcement community to advance NCSC initiatives. •Lead, plan, and prepare briefings, reports, and presentations to organizational leadership, senior policymakers, and senior USG officials in a manner that meets their specified requirements and provide expert analysis and recommendations that ensure directed missions align with strategic objectives. •Provide collaboration tools and policies for successful collaboration effort. Qualifications: •Must be a U.S. Citizen residing in the United States •Appointment is subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on an SBI with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI) •Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. •A two-year trial period is required for all new permanent appointments to the ODNI. •Extensive knowledge of IC organizations; IC mission posture, structures, capabilities, processes, and policy development. •Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues relevant to the IC and United States Government and recommend/implement needed actions. •Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead interagency working groups, build coalitions with IC elements to achieve common goals. •Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, including the demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify needs and requirements, develop recommendations, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives. •Demonstrated ability to manage strategic and tactical level topics, and develop innovative recommendations and solutions for improvement.
