Qualifications: •Strong programming experience using Python and SQL. Experience with Java or JavaScript is a plus. •Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, data warehousing, and modern data architectures. •Operational familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, Oracle, Snowflake, Informatica, or similar technologies. •Operational familiarity with PostgreSQL, SparkSQL, Trino, Elasticsearch, vector databases, or graph databases. •Understanding of modern AI technologies including foundation models, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and agentic workflows is highly desirable. •Operational familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks is a plus. •Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. •Comfortable working across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and customer organizations.
