Familiarity of affiliate and/or digital marketing industry preferred Required Skills: •Stay current with impact.com’s platform capabilities, product enhancements, and relevant industry trends. •Actively facilitate and support design and integration of technical solutions for new and existing clients. •Lead technical discovery and solution discussions to understand client requirements and propose optimal solutions based on client objectives.. •Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical integration documentation. •Partner closely with the Onboarding team to deliver a seamless, efficient, and high-quality onboarding experience for clients. •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during the client onboarding process. Qualifications: •Self-starter with a focus on creating and/or refining operational processes •Excellent verbal & written communication in English •Demonstrated capacity to pair technical expertise with a considerate, customer-centric communication style that maintains a strong interpersonal presence.
