Required Skills: •Draft thank-you notes, emails, and other correspondence. •Execute the donor acknowledgments process on a bi-weekly basis by managing the data and working with an outside vendor to finalize printed materials and mailings. •Provide donor support through our 1-800 phone number and community e-mail inboxes, answering calls and e-mails and coordinating inquiries. •Review lockbox files on a weekly basis to address donor comments and requests. •Maintain and update donor records and communication tracking in Raiser’s Edge. •Generate and manage mailing lists to support fundraising and stewardship activities. •Track donor interactions and ensure accurate documentation of communications across systems. •Partner with the Operations team to track fundraising budgets and monitor expenses. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer operations. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging donors and the public. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. •Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, diverse, and fast-paced work environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as a member of a geographically dispersed team and to communicate with staff at off-site locations. •Demonstrated capacity to handle sensitive donor information with discretion and care. •A demonstrated passion for and interest in conservation and human development issues. •A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or up to four years of college-level work. •To apply for this position, please submit a resume and cover letter.
