Required Skills: •Working as part of the Insurance Finance team and collaboratively with departments across the organization, this position will be responsible for the implementation of certain system-wide commercial lines of property and casualty insurance for Sutter Health. •Lead and oversee preparing renewal specifications & evaluating quotes, reviewing policy language, budgeting, evaluating adequate limits & retentions, claims coordination & support, participating in underwriter meetings, and other duties as required to ensure insurance policies are renewed timely and effectively. •Identifies risk, develops pro-active risk management programs and offers recommendations to mitigate risk or loss throughout the organization. Reviews & negotiates contract language related to insurance and indemnification. •This is a hybrid role with at least two days a week in office (Sacramento).
