Required Skills: •Perform fault finding and repair activities on new, loaner, demo and trade show instruments. •Actively facilitate and support logistics associated with new, loaner, demo and trade show instruments; including set-up, review, repair, maintenance, QC, pack-up and physical movement to and from warehouse. •Independently perform QC activities on all instruments on an as-need basis. •Complete comprehensive written service reports and cases for assigned activities. •Move new large instruments in and out of the service center and crates and uncrates instruments. •Manage own spare parts inventory including ordering, receiving, counting, reconciling and merchandising. •Support internal and external customers via email, phone and video to troubleshoot, repair and coordinate parts, service and replacement or loaner instruments. •Support Technician I and II class employees in the completion of their work.
