Set corresponding instructional objectives. •Creates engaging materials that support the learning objectives and provide a consistent experience to all learners. •Develops all forms of instructional materials: eLearning, face-to-face classroom, virtual classroom, on the job performance support, videos, simulations, role play, assessments etc. •Collects, monitors and evaluates program data to determine effectiveness, relevance and quality of materials, content and instruction. •Creates, updates and maintains SCORM compliant eLearning modules within a Learning Management System. •Manages all aspects of the instructional design process and maintains appropriate project documentation. •Keeps current with market trends and demands. Stays informed on industry best practices and learning technology trends and their impact on the organization. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent business experience •In-depth knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, learning styles and a variety of learning methodologies •Extensive experience with eLearning authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline •Demonstrated organizational and project management skills •Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and be persuasive •Demonstrated capacity to operate both independently an as part of a team •Creativity in designing learning solutions •Advanced presentation and facilitation skills •Intermediate knowledge of the insurance industry, its practices and operations; preferable background in multiple lines of business.
