You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. •Perform service and installation in accordance with manufacturers’ recommended installation procedures and specifications. •Document time spent and complete proper documentation detailing any problems, shortages and inefficiencies in job-site conditions. •Perform all work in a safe manner for prevention of accidents to themselves, co-workers, contractors on-site and the general public and property of all concerned. •Wear and maintain any/all Personal Protection Equipment when necessary. •Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations. •Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic. •Interface directly with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
