Required Skills: •Conduct technical and behavioral data collection, applying established methodologies and analytical techniques. •Perform analysis and validation of indicators from multiple data sources, determining when issues require review or escalation. •Produce analytical reports, presentations, and program documentation as the primary author. •Integrate security disciplines to recommend and develop program requirements, specifications, design, documentation, and procedures that satisfy the program security policy and planning action plan. •Conduct ongoing threat cycle reviews to assess shifting or emerging threats and identify associated insider threat indicators. •Perform risk assessments, including risks to personnel, facilities, data, information, networks and servers; troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and identify failure impact. •Develop and implement insider threat processes, enabling technologies, workflow procedures, and training materials, including technical support documents, summaries, reports, and presentations.
