This role focuses on selling maintenance service programs and identifying service opportunities for both existing and prospective customers. •Support territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. •Identify, promote, and sell service solutions to existing and prospective customers while proactively developing new business opportunities within a large customer base. •Partner with the aftermarket parts team to uncover service opportunities and customer needs. •Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline development, opportunity management, and closing activities. •Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery. •Build and strengthen customer relationships while providing product and service training to maximize sales opportunities. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent •Bachelor's degree. •Knowledge of industrial markets and applications. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and succeed in a self-directed environment. •Strong technical aptitude and mechanical understanding. •Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills. •Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and service management software such as FieldServio. •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and customer engagement. •This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
