Required Skills: •Ohmega Ticer defines and manufactures mission-critical electronic components for the aerospace and defense industry, as well as commercial and industrial markets. Principal product lines include RF/microwave components, optical encoders, and power products such as capacitors, resistive foils, and magnetics. •We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented •Own the end-to-end quote-to-order process, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of customer inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and order acknowledgments; including SOP management and process creation. •Prepare accurate customer quotations by reviewing customer specifications, drawings, terms and conditions, and technical requirements while ensuring compliance with company pricing strategies, profitability objectives, and commercial policies. •Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, lead times, order status, and technical coordination. •Review customer purchase orders for accuracy; including identifying contractual and commercial risks, recommend acceptable deviations from Company standards, and coordinate approvals with management, legal, and finance as required. •Process customer sales orders accurately within the Acumatica ERP system, ensuring data integrity and timely order entry. •Coordinate closely with Operations, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Purchasing to confirm material availability, manufacturing capabilities, delivery schedules, and customer commitments. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered. •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. •Knowledge of manufacturing processes, bill of materials, costing concepts, export compliance, contract requirements, etc. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. •Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. •Use of standard ESD protection & PPE in manufacturing environments Compensation: •Health, dental, and vision insurance Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
