Required Skills: •This role is primarily focused on Cleaner Refining M&R / aftermarket offerings and will support regional sales teams, Product Management, Proposal Management, Engineering, Commercial Operations, and Project Execution as needed. •Inside Sales & M&R Product Support •Serve as an inside sales and first-line product support resource for assigned standard CR M&R opportunities. •Support regional sales teams and customers with routine product, scope, pricing-input, and quote-status questions; escalate non-standard or higher-risk issues to Product Management, Engineering, Technical Service, Commercial Operations, or Execution. •Help sales teams determine the appropriate standard M&R product scope based on customer request, installed equipment, prior history, and available product guidance. •Support share-of-wallet analysis by maintaining customer/site/product history and identifying repeat or adjacent M&R opportunities. •Capture recurring customer questions, proposal issues, and field feedback to help Product Management improve standard tools, templates, and offering clarity. •Proposal, RFQ & Commercial Support Qualifications: •Direct reporting to Cleaner Refining Product Management.
