Hiring: Inside Sales Manager Company: Duravant Location: Jonesboro, AR Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:26:37 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel About the job Required Skills: •Include the following, other duties as assigned. •Lead and oversee leading, developing, and managing the Inside Sales team which consists of 6-8 Inside Sales Representatives. •Lead and oversee developing and implementing enhanced manufacturing methods to improve quality, reduce cost, improve safety, and reduce lead times utilizing lean concepts and tools •Provides manufacturing and process engineering support to Operations •Reviews backlog of standard and custom orders for all product lines, managing and adjusting promised ship dates to meet deliveries from various customers •Provides support and direction to the Production Scheduler to establish priorities and required ship dates to meet the Company’s and the customer’s expectations •Provides support to Inside and Outside Sales team and associated customers including reviewing requested delivery schedules for existing backlog as well as lead-time forecasts for future projects and orders •Provides support to Finance on review of monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts based on production schedule and customer requirements Qualifications: •Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills •High degree of professionalism with strong communication, leadership skills and team oriented •Demonstrated capacity to learn ERP Systems (Epicor), excel skills should be at the expert level with a high level of experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc. •Must be able to travel periodically •Required to sit and stand for extended periods of time; occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
