Hiring: Inside Account Manager Company: Egan Company Location: Champlin, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:13:54 Employment Type: Part-time Target Skills & Keywords : Buck, Microsoft Office, Systems Integration About the job Experience: •2+ years of sales or sales-related experience, preferably within mechanical, electrical, or limited energy. •80 years Private ownership and operations by employees who work in the company (not a holding company or private equity firm) Required Skills: •Direct Support to Service Account Managers and Field in Service •Facilitate proposals to customers for repairs and small projects – under the direction of the account managers or field staff. •Notify Dispatch and Sales Team of parts arrival. •Purchasing of equipment and material. •Obtain Proper licensing, permitting, insurance, COI, W9 or Bond Requests •Issue, Manage and Coordinate Subcontractor Purchase Orders with Dispatch and Sales •Maintain/verify current pricebook of stock items from our vendors. •Assist with Technician record keeping such as licenses, profiles, training, etc. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. •Strong desire to learn sales and estimating processes and procedures including equipment and parts ordering. •Demonstrated capacity to present to both internal and external groups. •Demonstrated capacity to learn and promote other areas of the business. •Proficient in the use of standard office computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite. •Strong organizational skills to deal with competing customer needs. •Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimum supervision. •Demonstrated capacity to work in Fast Paced, High Task Volume environment. •Strong desire to grow professionally and to learn and retain technical information.
