Required Skills: •Develop, validate (IQ/OQ/PQ), and optimize processes. •Troubleshoot using root cause analysis and FMEA. •Maintain compliant documentation. •Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and improvements. •Drive continuous improvement (SPC, DOE, Lean, Six Sigma). •Support tooling and process changes via CAD interpretation.
