Required Skills: •The Infrastructure & IT Operations Manager I leads enterprise infrastructure and technology operations, ensuring reliable, secure delivery of server, endpoint, virtual desktop, voice/telephony, and infrastructure automation services. •This role provides hands-on technical leadership for Cisco and IPC voice platforms, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Microsoft SCCM/MECM, and Microsoft System Center Orchestrator •.
