Clear communication, follow-through on commitments, and an ownership mindset are as core to this role as the technical work itself. •Administer and support cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS platforms. •Assist with deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services. •Participate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives alongside senior staff. •Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability, and follow up on what monitoring surfaces. •Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID. Qualifications: •3–6 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments. •Solid networking fundamentals: switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless, with real troubleshooting experience. •Hands-on exposure to AWS or Azure — comfort navigating, deploying, and supporting cloud resources. •Scripting familiarity with PowerShell or another language. •Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the discipline to document findings. •AWS, Azure, Microsoft, Cisco, or Fortinet certifications. •Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools. •Follows work through to completion — owns a task or ticket from intake to resolution without it needing to be re-assigned or rescued. •Works independently on defined tasks; asks good questions early rather than stalling or guessing. •Communicates comfortably with non-technical staff and treats the rest of the business as customers.
