Required Skills: •Project Leadership & Execution: Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects across the portfolio, from site feasibility through construction and operational launch. Manage multi-site deployments, tracking progress and mitigating risks to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. •Construction & Contractor Oversight: Direct construction execution, including permitting, zoning, and municipal approvals. Oversee 3rd-party contractors and vendors, ensuring performance alignment with safety, quality, and budget expectations. •Project Controls & Financial Management: Implement and enforce standard project management procedures. Maintain accurate forecasts of schedule, budget, risks, claims, EH&S, and quality; implement corrective measures as necessary to optimize pre- and post-production budgets. •Stakeholder & Utility Coordination: Drive internal and external decision-making, including utility engagement, to ensure power timelines support project schedules. Provide accurate, transparent, and timely updates to leadership and external partners. •Strategic Growth & Agility: Identify future infrastructure needs to match expansion plans and develop deployable solutions.
