If so, we'd love to have you join our growing Asset Management team! •At WithersRavenel, our Asset Management team partners with municipalities across North Carolina to help them understand, prioritize, and plan for the future of their infrastructure systems. As a Project Engineer •, you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful projects that improve the reliability and sustainability of critical water and wastewater assets. •This opportunity is a hybrid role based out of our •Actively facilitate and support development of Asset Management Plans for water and wastewater utilities. •Evaluate infrastructure condition and performance using GIS and available asset data, perform risk assessments, and support development of capital improvement planning. •Analyze asset condition and performance data to help clients prioritize maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement strategies. •Serve as technical resource for municipal clients. Participate in client meetings and workshops. Present findings and recommendations to Clients and Stakeholders. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering field •Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently •Handle multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize responsibilities •Demonstrate leadership in engineering planning, asset management strategies/methodologies, and technical problem solving •Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; excellent oral and written communication skills •Ability and willingness to mentor and lead technical staff •Operational familiarity with asset management frameworks (e.g., ISO 55000) is a plus •IAM Certification preferred but not required •The assignment may require infrequent evening/weekend work and job site visits outdoors. Candidates should enjoy working in collaborative, fast-paced, and client-driven environment. •The assignment may occasionally require repetitive physical tasks (such as operating a computer), standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time, extended time travelling in a vehicle, and carrying equipment and materials up to 25 pounds.
