In this role, you’ll bring structure, organization, and collaboration to complex projects while keeping teams focused on scope, timelines, deliverables, and business objectives. •Direct and manage project development from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with the IT Vision, Mission, and Values. •Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. •Develop comprehensive project plans, communication plans, and resource estimates. •Identify and document project stakeholders and define their roles and responsibilities. •Communicate project expectations, status, and progress to team members and stakeholders in a clear, timely, and consistent manner. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent professional project management experience. •Demonstrated history of successful project management. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. •Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. •Solid functional working knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software. •Project management certification such as PMP or Agile/Scrum certification, or plans to pursue a certification within the next 2 years. •Solid functional working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced IT environment. •Technology plays an important role in how University Health serves our patients, supports our teams, and advances our mission.
