Hiring: Information Technology Program Manager Company: RJI Search Location: Houston, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 12:49:16 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Project Management, Risk Management About the job Required Skills: •(the software development team is based in Mexico) •You'll be directing an MSP, a development team, and internal technicians, and holding all three accountable for delivery. •You'll continuously identify opportunities to improve business operations through technology, lead projects from planning through implementation (infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, automation, AI adoption, ERP enhancements), and develop the annual IT budget in a way that ties technology investment to business value. •You'll manage our relationship with outside MSP and other technology vendors, holding them to performance, service-level, and project-delivery expectations, while overseeing both our on-premises and cloud environments.
