Required Skills: •Manage and maintain Windows, Linux, and Unix environments to ensure optimal performance. •Administer cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and O365 for enterprise workloads and containerization. •Manage, configure, and troubleshoot VMware-based environments to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and availability of virtualized infrastructure. •Leverage platforms such as SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure network reliability and performance. •Lead network-related incident resolution, ensuring SLAs are met and escalating issues when necessary. •Implement and support secure networking solutions, ensuring robust protection in on-premise and cloud environments. •Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps and procedures for troubleshooting. Qualifications: •Provide game day support on major holidays when games are played. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience. •CCNA, CCNP (or equivalent) ITIL and technical certifications in, servers and/ or cloud (preferred).
