[IT Manager •Manage and secure corporate networks, cloud platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and critical business systems. •Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and Endpoint Management environments. •Develop and maintain cybersecurity programs, including vulnerability management, patching, monitoring, incident response, and penetration testing. •Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, backup integrity, and system resilience across all locations. •Lead IT support operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and timely resolution of technical issues. •Support compliance initiatives, audits, security certifications, and organizational policies, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and data privacy requirements. •Manage IT vendors, technology budgets, software licensing, and strategic technology investments.
