Location: Greensboro--Winston-Salem--High Point Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 12:34:21 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Apex, Azure, Azure AD, Project Management About the job Required Skills: •Serving as primary administrator of Omega's Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security/compliance settings •Administering user identity and access: account provisioning, permissions, groups, licensing, and multi-factor authentication •Maintaining endpoint management and device compliance policies, and applying security configurations under the direction of the Director •Owning IT onboarding — account creation, equipment configuration and delivery, software access, and new hire technology orientation in partnership with Human Resources •Owning IT offboarding — account deactivation, access revocation, data retention, and equipment recovery — as well as internal transfers and role changes •Serving as the primary execution resource for the Director's short- and long-term IT initiatives, including system implementations, migrations, and office technology buildouts •Supporting the rollout, configuration, and ongoing administration of the internal ticket system, and maintaining project documentation, timelines, and status reporting •Managing acquisition of higher-cost hardware, including laptops, tablets, and jobsite technology: specification, quoting, purchasing, configuration, and deployment Qualifications: •An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience •Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD), including user, license, and security administration •Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities •Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to support users of varying technical ability •A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between offices as needed •Preferred: prior supervisory or team lead experience; experience working alongside a managed service provider; experience implementing or administering a ticketing/service management platform; relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, Security+, ITIL, or similar); and multi-office or construction industry support experience •Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
