We provide competitive salary and benefit plans, and some of the best co-workers you’ll find anywhere. •IT Leadership and Service Delivery •Act as the technology leader and primary escalation point for company-wide IT matters across Chandler, Atlanta, and remote users. •Lead, coach, and develop IT staff; set priorities, monitor service levels, and ensure timely ownership of helpdesk requests and operational issues. •Partner with executive and department leaders to evaluate and implement technology projects. Qualifications: •Epicor Kinetic ERP, Epicor MES, DocStar/ECM, SQL, reporting and integration tools •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered. •Microsoft or other relevant technical certifications are preferred but not required. •Demonstrated capacity to work at a computer for extended periods. •Demonstrated capacity to occasionally lift, carry, and install IT equipment. •Demonstrated capacity to work in office, server/IT, and operational environments as required. •Demonstrated capacity to safely use ladders or other equipment when installing or troubleshooting technology infrastructure, as applicable.
