Required Skills: •Validate schoolhouse requirements for Electronic Classrooms (ECR) and other multi-media. •Submit ECR requirements requests into platforms such as SERENA Solutions Business Manager. •Coordinate and track delivery status of ECR components for classroom conversion in accordance with Career Training Continuum (CTC) timelines. •Load CTC rate-specific simulation onto NETC TRANET file share; prioritize electrical upgrades and finalize ECR drawing layouts for NAVFAC. •Maintain an IS fielding project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation. •Complete classroom implementation projects by coordinating resources and timetables with clients and stakeholders. •Verify successful implementation by conducting operational checks of technologies implemented. •Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes; identify problems, evaluate trends, anticipate requirements. Qualifications: •Analyze and define data requirements and specifications. •Design, develop, install, and implement databases. •Maintain, monitor, performance tuning, backup, and recovery of databases. •Install, configure, and maintain database management systems software. •Analyze and plan for anticipated changes in data capacity requirements. •Develop and administer data standards, policies, and procedures. •Develop and implement data mining and data warehousing programs. •Evaluate and provide recommendations on new database technologies and architecture. •Ensure the rigorous application of information security/ information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of data management services. •Analyze systems requirements in response to business requirements, risks, and costs.
