Qualifications: •Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently. •Candidates should possess Technical Support and Information Technology skills to install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and systems. •Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to assist end users professionally and manage expectations effectively. •Candidates should possess Training skills to help users understand hardware usage, basic maintenance, and best practices. •Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with Windows and macOS environments, basic networking knowledge, and experience with hardware inventory management. •A relevant certification (such as CompTIA A+) or equivalent practical experience, along with the ability to lift and move computer equipment safely, is preferred. •Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS device setup and configuration. •Operational familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP addressing, cabling, Wi-Fi setup). •Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and in a team. •Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
