Required Skills: •Lockheed Martin is a global leader in aerospace, defense, and technology solutions, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and shaping the future of the industry. •F‑35 Systems Administrator located in Miramar, California •, in support of training operations benefiting the U.S. Marine Corps. •The Systems Administrator will support the sustainment, maintenance, and operation of F‑35 training system devices, with a long‑term assignment to Miramar, CA •The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting computer applications, as well as setting up and monitoring training computer networks. He/she will perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, and training tasks to ensure the training computer network meets system requirements. •The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team to fulfill F‑35 training objectives and will have experience working in an environment that requires interaction with multiple functional areas and personnel with different backgrounds and expertise. •(may include, but are not limited to):Interacting daily with users and LM leadership. •Maintaining smooth, secure operation of multi‑user computer systems through coordination with peers, Tier 2, and engineers. Qualifications: •Active DoD Secret clearance with a background investigation closure date within the last 5 years and be able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access. •Systems Administration Experience with activities in Windows Server 2019, Windows 10 administration, domain services, networking, antivirus, and application control. •Active Directory Administration showing proficiency in managing user accounts and access control. •Virtualization Technology with strong experience in VMware vSphere, ESXi, VMware Horizon. •Network Services Administration involving DHCP, DNS, and direct customer support in an IT role. •Demonstrated Experience in Troubleshooting showcasing the proven ability to troubleshoot complex information systems and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime. •Flexibility in Work Hours with the requirement to work multiple shifts and support some weekend work. •Security+ Certification requiring possession of a current certification or the ability to obtain it within 2 months from the date of hire as a condition of continued employment.
