Required Skills: •Assists in the management of digital data, including, but not limited to, the bulk import and export of files into and out of iManage, network shares, SaaS platforms such as Citrix ShareFile and email archive. •Assists the Information Governance Mobility Analyst with attorney onboarding and departures, collaborating with the Records and Information Governance Manager. •Transfers electronic client matter files to external parties in accordance with established procedures. •Assists in the establishment of policies and procedures to manage data on network shares that promote industry best practices and are in line with other Firm policies and procedures. •Assists with the administration of Firm collaboration and file sharing tools. •Promotes operational efficiency and provides a high level of customer service. •Observes confidentiality of client and Firm matters. •Executes data retention and destruction initiatives and projects. Qualifications: •The Information Governance Specialist must have at least 3-4 years' of law firm or records experience. Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task. Must possess an excellent customer service attitude. •The salary range for this position is $77K to $98K.
