Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, as well as periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives. Required Skills: •Install, operate and maintain communications, networks, and satellite (CNS) systems •Provide hands-on time (practical application) to practice skills prior to testing •Provide performance tests; and evaluation of skills. •Teach technical theories and systems to a variety of students with differing knowledge levels. •Participate in and provide feedback during CTC staff meetings and planning sessions. •Provide input for curriculum development / modification in the area of instructional expertise. •Complete After Instruction Reports (AIR) per the SAT Manual at the conclusion of each training event. •Maintain a professional appearance. Qualifications: •4+ years experience delivering technical instruction or have a Military Master Instructor Certificate. •CompTIA A+ (if recently lapsed, ProSol will assist with re-certification costs) •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of four years of applicable military service.
