Required Skills: •UCHealth Leprino Building Anschutz Medical Campus, Aurora, CO •Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) •Assists with the development and evaluation of the organization's infection prevention and control strategies, policies, and planning. •Collects and performs statistical analysis, interpretation and dissemination of healthcare acquired infection data, including risk assessment, surveillance priorities, and outcomes analysis in partnership with their leadership or a designee. •Assists in the monitoring of local, state and federal regulations and ensuring compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies' standards and requirements. •Assists with the development of educational resources and initiatives. Partners with their leadership or a designee to monitor research and developments in the field of infection prevention and control to identify best practices. •Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
