This position will be located in •and will support the •Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent •What You’ll Get To Do •Supporting a fast-paced, high-profile, program; create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. •Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. •Conduct security education classes and security audits. •Assist with Media Issuance, Accountability, and Destruction or serve as a Data Transfer Agent. •Serve as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing, and controlling all classified documentation (hard copy and electronic media) entering or leaving the facility. •Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while providing leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on action(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security program. •Submit, review, and verify Visit Requests through queries to government security databases and systems. •Support classified security programs and provide expertise in all security functions in accordance with the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4) and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable security regulations and requirements.
