Qualifications: •High school diploma •Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. •Must obtain OSHA-30 certification within six (6) months from the date of hire (if not already certified). •Electrical installation/System Integration experience and/or prior supervisory experience preferred. •Understand electrical design and engineering estimates pertaining to the food processing and manufacturing industries. •Knowledgeable in industrial automation, controls integration, UL 508A Panel Shop Solutions, and familiarity with OEM and manufacturing controls-related business opportunities. •Demonstrated capacity to read and understand electrical control and power schematics. •Excellent problem-solving, leadership, communication/collaboration, and financial management skills required. •Knowledge of job scheduling and customer timeline management. •Demonstrated capacity to present to both internal and external groups.
