Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technician Company: Smurfit Westrock Location: Fort Worth, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 13:19:03 About the job Required Skills: •A Maintenance Technician maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components, welding and machining a plus. This position is responsible for the maintenance of electrical, Corrugator, EVOL, Flexo, Folder Gluer, Conveyors, and overall care of the plant. •Applies knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. Provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of manufacturing for the non-union plant. •How You Will Impact Smurfit Westrock •Maintain machines and plant equipment. •Including but not limited to: Corrugator, Flexo, EVO, Folder Gluer, conveyors, boilers, fans, and motors. •Monitor boiler operation and perform minor corrections when applicable. •Continuously check in on designated areas of the plant during plant rounds. •Maintain work area and tend to general housekeeping requirements of maintenance work areas. Qualifications: •M-F 10p-6a flexible for overtime or weekends as needed.
