Qualifications: •Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. •Demonstrated capacity to read electrical schematics and use multimeters, meggers, and related tools. •MIG/Stick welding, fabrication, rigging, and precision measuring tool experience. •Knowledge of motors, drives, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems. •A safety-first mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills. •Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, electro-mechanical, welding, or a related field.
