Qualifications: •High school or equivalent; additional training in the following area(s) preferred (plumbing, electrical, steam, controls, PLC, welding, and mechanical systems) •Work Experience Requirements: 2+ years industrial maintenance. •Specific Skills and Competencies: Electric schematics, low voltage troubleshooting, controls, steam/boiler operation, hydraulics, pneumatics, safety compliance (e.g. LOTO, hot work, confined space) wastewater treatment. •Specialized Knowledge and Licenses: Boiler operator license (some states), wastewater certification (some states), computerized preventative maintenance systems. •Have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding or other safety violations. •Standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, and working in confined spaces. •Reaching overhead and working at heights using ladders or lifts (15 feet or more) •Lift and carry up to 100 lbs. and pushing or pulling carts up to 500 lbs. •Operating forklifts and other industrial equipment. Reading, writing, speaking, and hearing. •Work performed in an industrial laundry facility, both indoors and outdoors.
